Printer Cartridge Warranty

PrintSmart & their Manufacturing Partners warrant that its products are free from defects and are fit for the purpose intended. We guarantee that the life of the product produced by PrintSmart & their Manufacturing Partners will have on average a character yield equal to, or exceeding that of a comparative new OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) cartridge.

Any product found to have defects in material or workmanship will be replaced free of charge. Warranties are limited to the replacement of the product and/or repair of product only.

PrintSmart & their manufacturing Partners warrant that in the event, that a printer is damaged directly and solely, by a manufacturing defect of a PrintSmart & their Manufacturing Partners product, then we will agree to cover relevant costs of the repair including parts and labour.

This printer repair warranty is conditional upon provision to PrintSmart & their Manufacturing Partners;

A written service report and quote prior to the repair, which states that the damage was caused solely by a manufacturing defect in our product.
Proof that the PrintSmart & their Manufacturing Partners product was in use at the time the damage occurred.
